Jersey Shore Bird Club Chapter 42 Toms River, New Jersey 14 November 2009

Several members of MASCOT ventured to Toms River, New Jersey for Chapter 42's Jersey Shore Bird Club American Singer competition.  Rob and Sharen Virgin topped a field of 91 birds judged by Mike Seiler.  They also took 5th and 6th place overall and had top spots in both the Old Bird and Young Bird Divisions.  Also reaching the bench from MASCOT was Jeanne Pieper who took 2nd and 4th in the Old Bird Division.  Sam Can and Ronnie DeMuro rounded out the top finishers.  A few photos of the day and the final standings subject to ASC approval follow below:
